Classic Insurance Services Ltd is a company you are unlikely to have heard of unless you are in “the know”. We have grown rapidly to a staff of 12 during our 5 years of trading, insuring over 500 motor trade businesses and many collectors, ranging from a handful of cars to multi million pound collections. This has been achieved without advertising, instead through recommendations from one client to another.
The company was founded by Rod Mitchell, who was MD of one of the pioneering classic car brokers, John Scott and Partners, and latterly the UK CEO of the Automotive and Private Client Divisions of the world’s largest broker. From this experience we have created an exclusive insurance arrangement for people in the classic car business and also for collectors covering their everyday cars within one policy which can achieve significant savings in premium.
The focus is in providing an old fashioned level of service, with no automatic telephones here, just a very experienced client manager allocated to each client who can be contacted out of hours or at weekends. We believe that delivering this high level of service is not rocket science. It starts from simply doing what we say we will do, at the promised time, with people who have top class expertise and experience. It is the level of service our collector clients demand and which our successful trade clients deliver to their customers.
We believe we have recruited the “cream of the crop” in our Client Manager team and this is what differentiates us from our competitors. This saves our clients the time and expenses of an independent valuation.
